44 mag takes another hog

Got to go hunting over the weekend with Bill Wilson at his place in north east TX (www.circlewcranch.com)
took a nice boar with the 44 at 60 yards with the 255g Keith at about 1250 FPS
punched clean through both shoulders/heart and it made it about 50 yards and piled up dead

he's going to send me the pics and I will post

Bill is the real deal, and he treated me and my son to an AMAZING weekend of hunting
we shot some prototypes, he took me out stalk hunting with NVG for 2 nights, my son got his first hog! (he's 12)
handloaded and tested ammo (6.8 SPC)
he showed me a 1911 can hit 8x10 steel plates at 100 yards pretty easily (and it is!)
shot supressed guns, ate like kings and just had an AWESOME time!!

I would be PROUD to use a product with the name Wilson Combat on it.

Sounds like both you and your son had a great time.  Mr. Wilson has long had a good rep.  Glad to hear things are going well for him also. 8)

Very nice post and pic, sounds like a good hunt and will keep that in mind!
