A Garrett's 44 mag +P Hammerhead Ammunition concern

According to the literature at the Garrett site, the Freedom Arms 44 mag (83?) is not suitable for this particular ammo.  That declaration does not make sense to me.  What do you think?  thx  Jim

Could it be due to overall length preventing it from fitting in the FA?

If it's the 330gr Long Hammerhead -- from Garrett's website:

"IT IS ALSO TOO LONG FOR USE IN THE FREEDOM ARMS REVOLVER."

On page 333 of his "Sixguns" book, John Taffin says he was pleasantly surprised to find both of the Garret loads fit in his FA 44 mag.

Don't fit mine but then I've found several loads with cast bullets that won't fit it. We once had an advertiser on here who made only a few loads six I believe in .357 Mag, .44 Mag and .45 Colt if I recall correctly one with cast and one with jacketed for each. His cast wouldn't fit my FA83 but do fine in S&W guns. The tolerances are so tight that if the bullet carries the full caliber diameter out too far it just will not fit.
