I was watching Glenn Beck.  He was talking with Judge Naplitano about the states that are declaring sovergnity.  Montana, I believe, has taken the position that a gun manufacured in MO is not subject to fedral laws but is covered by state law.

This is an argument about the 10th amendment which happened in the Civil War about states rights.  It is interesting because the states are fed up and are taking back the power that the Federal Government has taken from the states.

It stems from a case they mentioned about growing of wheat for personal use by a farmer.  The Feds took it to court under the commerce clause saying if a bunch of farmers did this then it could affect interstate commerce.  A stretch; however, that is what has been happening over the years.  The tentacles of the Fed government has touched areas of our lives which should never have happened.

As gunowners we need to pay attention to the 912 people they are making our arguments for us.

You are correct, I am with the grass roots 9.12 Delaware Patriots.  Our group has grown from myself and seven others, to several hundred in weeks. We had close to 1000 people attend out Tax day tea protest.


We are getting the message out. People need to look for there 9.12 groups in there States, and join in the fight to get our country back. If more people got active instead of sitting around complaining, we can make an impact.

It is great to see what Montana, Utha and Texas are doing.

I sure wish Pa. would join these other states, but with the liberal big government polititions that the big cities Philly and Pittsburgh have been voting in over the last fifty years it dosn't look promising.
