I currently drive an 04 dodge hemi 4x4 and it has been a great truck. 69,000 miles The only problem was when I broke the pcv valve in the intake.  It was a bugger to get out.  If the hemi starts burning oil, change pcv valve.  Oh, some of them have a tick to them...Don't worry though..Mine has ticked since I bought it, most of them do.  It was the way the Hemi was made.  It has something to do with the angle of the push rods. The only thing that I can say is a common problem on these trucks is the transfer case seals  and power steering hoses.  Almost everyone I've seen leaks.
