Good Morning Montana!

May all the Mothers have a fine day! My mom has long since gone on to heaven, but I'm thinking about her with love on this fine day.

Hope all you fine folks have a great day.
Mike

Well it clouded up , no gophers  , so we went to wish our new feathered friend a happy Mothers Day .
Last year the owl nested in the leaning Spruce tree on the far left .

A closer picture with 10x zoom . Should have tried the digital zoom but I can not hold it steady enough , even on my tripod to make a good clear picture . More home work needed   ???

Now off to see Grandaughter and daughter to wish them a Happy Mothers Day .

Hope you all have a fine day .

We had better luck. Shot just over 50 rounds and found an early hatch in a small coulee.

Good evening Gentlemen!

Well I'm late and a dollar short it seems. A big day today The men made Lunch for the Mom's today at Church so at 0630 I was up there making the greenbeans and corn. We had the chicken and sausage smoked by a guy that has a big rotisserie pit. What a day! Fed about 180. Hot here guys, in the high 80's in the afternoon.

Nice pics, Fellas, 1southpaw is that a creek or pond?

Spring Fed 3 acre Pond .  No fish  although we did have a group of pelicans stop by for a week or so . They were feeding on something . Going to try gold fish from the pet shop , plant  a dozen or so .
