     What planet does he live on or is he still smoking that stuff ?  ..Then he comes up with the lamest excuse of all ! " I thought they were all volunteers !"
   Yes, STUPID; they are volunteers..but they did not volunteer to be wounded or killed..any more than police or firemen do..DUH !

  It further goes to show that liberals are only motivated for selfish reasons. They seem to have absolutely no grasp of someone doing
things for altruistic, patriotic or faith-based reasons.
 
     The concept seems beyond their ability to conceptualize.

I think that the above accurately depicts the warped thinking of liberals;  give to those who do not even attempt to contribute to the country, and punish those who do contribute.

Funny that it's on a right-wing blog with no sources....Not to mention quotes very uncharacteristic of Obama's typical speaking style / word choices...

The quote may not be exact, but the plan was put forward to force veterans who had private insurance to use it instead of VA coverage.  After quite an uproar by the VFW and AL, and the resultant political fallout, the plan was shelved.

  The facts still stand, he tried to shaft wounded veterans..whether one likes the semantics or not...Of course, many who never served in the military have trouble understanding..
