Land in San Saba County, Texas
« on: March 23, 2009, 02:07:42 AM »
GB, if this is not to be here, please delete it.

My family has 104 acres for sale in San Saba County, Tx, approx. 6 miles northeast of Richland Springs.

It is currently going through a partition suit, but the family would just assume to sell the entire tract at one time to avoid further conflicts.

If anyone is interested, pm me and I will hook you up with the real estate agent handling the advertising. He currently has the place listed for $2900/acre.

Good hunting land, no big trophy's but plenty of deer/ tons of turkey, and hogs have started moving in, much to our displeasure. One good stock tank and approximately 1/4 mile of seasonal creek. this is the first time in over 25 years it has stopped running, due to the drought.

Would be more appropriate on General Classifieds but for now we'll allow it here I suppose.
