We could argue life and when it happens all day and not get any where. We all have our opinions.
The killing of tiller, right or wrong? Most would agree, wrong.
It is my understanding that tiller performed late term abortions. Is that where the child is born or full term and then destroyed?
If the man who aborted tiller has any medical experence, could he argue in the courts he was performing a late term abortion?
As wild as the courts have become he might have a chance.
If you think that is far fetched. What a situation we have now, in government.

Now to set the record straight. I know this is off subject but will air it in light of all of the prior accusations.

Jonny C first had an issue with me being racist for saying I had "nappy" hair, he pmed me telling me this. Well I amd about 1/8 black and pretty much the only traits I retained are nappy hair and my nose. After jonny c pmed me with a message about me taking a honeymoon with my new wife that I had kids and was divorced. I posted the pm on the sight. My first wife died of cervical cancer in 94. Matt asked me to keep my dispute with jonny c off GBO. I complied no problem.

A week or so later I started receiving emails from a john celli he basically stalked me from GBO. Yes I did answer his emails with what he is saying. It was and is being done basically for my entertainment and to get his goat as I can see it has.

I have never once pmed him or emailed him only replyed.

Billy is good at telling half truths and spinning things to fit his version. Don't believe all he says. I also have no issue with him attacking me- when he attacks my children is when he crossed over the line. Any person who is low enough to attack someones children is lacking alot .

Dukkiller, when does it have to be a valid arguement. I know of almost no 2nd ammendment issues in the courts that are valid.
Dont hurt someone trying steal your property and hope they dont get hurt in the process. If they do you may lose more than you would ever imagine. Curtesey of the courts.
The truth is never wanted in the court room, only the wild and far fetched.

I'm certainly not qualified to judge your time spent in Kansas courts but I have quite a bit of first hand experience on the subject. Claim what you want, no one will ever make that argument but you.

And you might be surprised to find that most arguments made in court are completely reasonable... It's just that those don't make for good stories in the media...

from the view of a guy who watched his would be first born sucked piece by piece from the womb, against his objections, while he was sixteen.
from what i have personally seen, i would not fear God's wrath were i the man that shot tiller down. in fact, i would be more than just a little proud of my accomplishment.
