Anyone have the data and/or experience for this bullet and IMR 4895?

It will work just fine as IMR 4895 is one of those powders that can be used in a great variety of rifles. There are powders that will produce more velocity.

The first deer I killed with my 243 was using a handloaded 87gr Hornady HP and IMR4350. Since then I've put a large number of rounds down range and across a field or 3 using the same bullet and IMR4895. It'll flat knock the wind from a groundhog!
