Type I or type II barrel
« on: May 18, 2009, 11:37:52 AM »
I just bought 2 contender barrels to add to my collection , these are two new in the box octogon 10 inch blue barrels . One is chambered in 22 hornet and the other is a 22jet , I know the jet in a type one is collectable but dont know how to identify the difference between the type I and II. Can someone tell me how ?

Evolution at work. Over two million years ago the genus Homo had small cranial capacity and thick skin to protect them from their environment. One species has evolved into obese cranial fatheads with thin skin in comparison that whines about anything and everything as their shield against their environment. Meus

Ladobe made the edit.  I don't know why.  I also don't have any data about the collectability of barrels.  Maybe someone can fill us in again.

Type one barrels have only one line for name, address, and caliber.  Type two and ALL other TC barrels have two lines.

That's something definitely worth knowing! :D
