Almost bought a Rossi .22lr/.410 combo at Dick's yesterday
« on: June 28, 2009, 09:45:00 AM »
Today I went to a shop that sometimes has good deals (missed a 20 gauge USH recently). They had a used Versa Pack. No case but both barrels. Looks like it was not fired much or at all. Mine now. The barrel fit close to perfect on the first frame I tried. I passed on a .22 Hornet SL and 1967 336 in .35 Remington today to get this. This is gonna be more fun with a 20x scope....lol

If you get tired of it, I would love to take the VP off your hands!!

I looked at a Rossi like that, and I was very impressed...by the FireSights ! They are amazing ! Even a half blind old coot like me can see them ! Heck no, I didn't buy the gun, but I ordered some FireSights right away !
