Contrary to what some have said about the old Marlin MR7, I have had great success with mine. With reloads my groups are consistently under 1 inch at 100 yards. Let me get to my question.
I would like to put a synthetic stock on this gun, but have been unable to find one. Someone on this forum said that the newer Marlin Bolts are essentially the same stock as the Win M70. Is there a stock out there that would be a "close" match for my older MR7?
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Hoping to also buy one of the new Marlins in 243 to use as a coyote gun.
