Leupold Mark 2 tactical

Has anyone tried out the Leupold Mark 2 tacticals?  They're supposed to be built to the same standards as the Mark 4's, except 1" tubes and objective parallax focus.  They look to be about 1/2 the price of the Mark 4's.

I have looked at 3 different models of them and they are very nice.
Light too even the 6-18 model.
