That's a STRANGE site. They call them selves HANDLOAD.COM but their actually domain is HANDLOAD.org instead. I assume they own both domains.

Does anyone know who runs the site and how trustworthy their data is? I tend to always distrust data on the internet if not from a Powder or bullet maker's site.

It seems to be a reputable site. The data is submitted by various members and the admin makes notes when the loads are over max. It also carries (in most cases where the data comes from ) and the usual warnings and disclaimers.

Hey eddie, does that mean you recently got your RN degree? I'll be 55 and was thinking of going back to school. Maybe it's not too late? Wish I would have did it 5 years ago. Congratulations!
Tim, Thanks for the info. Liked the one about shotshells. Good ideas for my 44.

BigVarmit, I have had my degree for two years now, The hardest studying I have ever done. Everyone in the class cried at sometime, includeing me. I work as a nurse in a mental hospital now and I like it a lot. I farmed for 23 years and went broke and drifted for several years and had to find something to make a living. It is a stressfull occupation but you can sure find a job. If you try nursing, remember: It will be you in the chair studying. It's TOUGH.
Good luck. eddiegjr

Thanks eddie, I know it would be REAL tough for me, I would be better qualified as one of your patients. Medical field would prob. be best now but I don't think I would fit in there. Trying to figure out something else. Still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. At least people have quit asking. Congrats again on a great achievement. Good Luck! Mike
