T & T Reloading Inc ? Friend or Foe ?
« on: June 06, 2009, 08:51:13 AM »
Boys I have some problems with these people,

Has anyone else here used this place for supplies ? They are out of Stockertown , PA.

And long story short , They dont take back orders ... I ordered a set of Lee Dies from them that were in stock and low and behold its almost a month now with two attempts to contact for info on the hold up to no avail ( the didnt respond by email or phone) ....Order date ( with confirmation of purchase email on 5/12/09)

So my need for info is simple , I need to know if these people have had successfull transactions in the past.. Or has this type of crappy service been the main stay of there outfit ?

Any intel I can gather up would be helpful,

I did a search for them online and found this site.

http://www.tntreloading.com/

If this is them, there is a message about a new email address if that helps you.

TNT  - I have used them in the past several times for orders of bullets. Never had any issues. Always had good prices on Remington bulk and Zero bullets.

Try the new e-mail mentioned on their site and see if that helps.

Well Boys ,

I ordered up the 40/10mm Lee dies from them ... Got the confirmation in the email box from the new addy and nothing... Have not recieved anything from my dies to and explanation by email or phone to explain whats up

I have E-mailed twice and called twice , The last email wasnt friendly ... I will not put up with this type of buisness transaction , Is in not so many words how I summed up the last email... Letting them also know that if corospondence or product isnt recieved by next friday i will contact my authorities and go from there. Hate to have to see it come to that ... But if you act like this then the bad tends to follow.

I appreciate the good word 41 mag on them and your experience with them , Unfortunately mine hasnt been like wise..

It's been a few years since I have had any dealing with them, and that's simply because of their attitude.  If everything goes right, there is no problem, but when things go south, they are a royal pain to deal with.

There are a lot more vendors out there that treat their customers as customers should be treated.

Just my .02 on the subject.

Yeah  SHOOT ,

I like when i can find the deals too , but these people have lost my buisness with out a question ... Their shaby CS and total lack of communication with a customer to remedy or explain is totally lack and disrespectful and goes without saying unprofessional ...

I guess i will just continue to do buiness with repitable sites or in person which is and always will be my prefference..
