I keep hoping that Teddy Roosevelt left his "big stick" siting in a closet somewhere in the White House and maybe someday someone will find it and put it to use before we become a former super power.  Or is it too late already.

Just exactly how would you "slap" NK besides the new and next to useless UN resolutions? Do you really want to get involved in another war when you got two going now?  South Korea and Japan would catch the "fallout" IMO

NK is going to push even harder. Like a bully on the playground, they sense that even thou we have much stronger military, our present leadership will not use it. So their going to go as far as they can. gypsyman

North Korea and the midget that runs that miserable little sh*thole are pathetic; the fact that they might have a few nukes doesn't mean they are capable of doing anything but pulling the trigger on themselves.  Yes, it's possible that they might lob one in our direction, but then all of their tantrums and threats would be terminated for good.  They may be crazy, but I'm not so sure they are suicidal.

Yeah, I know that it does take some faith that BHO would retaliate, but here again, Barry's reliability to defend this country might be in question, but I don't think he is into suicide either.
