Deer Kabobs
« on: July 28, 2009, 02:06:21 PM »
I like to make deer kabobs with chunks of pineapple, onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers.  I soak the meat in the left over pineapple juice.  Whlie they are cooking I drizzle honey over them.

We have been on a kabob kick lately. A variety of veggies,  deer meat, shrimp, and salmon. All on the grill, a break from brats and burgers. Your recipe sounds interesting.
