PSE Pro Shop Series ???
« on: September 25, 2009, 11:47:08 AM »
Hello. I know where I can buy a compound bow for $100 on a local classified ads site. It's a PSE Pro Shop Series F-2. It's Mossy Oak camo. It has a wrist sling, peep sight, original 4 pin sight, and he says the string has been waxed often and is in good condition and will throw in 3 arrows. I've never owned a bow but I want to get into it. I've shot bows before though and I liked it. Plus, bow season opens alot sooner than gun. So does anybody know anything about this bow? Like how old it would be? Is it a good starter bow? What it's worth? Any other thoughts or opinions? Oh, I asked the seller how old he thought it was and he said he didn't know for sure but he thought about 4 years old. How long do bows usually last? Thanks for any replies!

Maybe you could go to the PSE webb site with ser# and find out for sure how old it is. For $100.00 if it is 4 years old and ready to shoot
it should be worth the money unless that model had some problem, maybe some feed back on PSE site.

What draw length is it? What's your draw length? This is pretty critical where bows are concerned. Some bows are adjustable at the cams. Some need the cams replaced to fit you properly.
