Washington State isssues concealed pistol permits to non-state residents, there is no test or qualifications, pay your $55.25 and you are done. The requirements are here
http://www.dol.wa.gov/business/firearms/faconcealreq.html, the states that honor a WA permit are: Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah and I think Arizona. There could be others. So if you are in the state and want one it only takes about 45 minutes from start to finish. Larry
