As of 2000 census there were 32,000 millionaires living around St. Louis. I am sure they are not happy about being penalized for working hard to save/earn so much money if this azzhat has is way.

Didn't see it, but heard about it on the radio on my ride to work.  The right leaning DJs on the country station  I listen to had fun with it.   :D :D
