Phelps reloader?

An acquaintance of my father has a Phelps progressive pistol cartridge reloader for sale. I have never heard of it before and do not have any other info. Anybody know anything about them? TIA. Mike

Phelps used to be rather roughly made copies of the star progressive reloader.

Like Graycg said, rougher Star copy.  Despite that, what little was written about them (early to mid 60's) stated that they seemed to function just fine.
