AFAIK, Marlin never made a "Model 92", although their .22 & .32 rimfire Model 1892 was the pre-cursor to the Model 39/39a.
If what you have is either a Winchester 1892/92 or a Rossi Model 92, or a Marlin 1894 - then any of those should handle anything you can safely load for a .45 Colt.
Accuracy may/may not be another issue entirely.
I shoot Cor-Bon +P's in my Rossi w/o any issues.
