cannot connect to this site or pandora on my laptop

Its on a wireless network and certain sites wont load....says their is not internet conection.......but 99% of everything else works.  Go to my desk top and everything works perfectly....Do I have a wrong setting?

For whatever reason removing AVG and installing Avast made the problem go away.
