I own one since about the mid 80's. It's a great shooting rifle. Just be careful that you don't loose the cap at the rear of the action. If that falls off. The cross pin falls out and the bolt will follow. Also be careful when in the field with accidently pressing the little lever behind the trigger guard. The whole trigger group falls out as an assembly. The gun is one of the easiest to clean because of these two features. But if you loose a part, you may as well sell it to me for parts. :grin: Because there aren't any to be had in this country.
Did you get the quick release scope mount with it ?? That's something that is difficult to find at this point also. I have one on mine.
Shoot it, have a ball with it. I think you'll enjoy it.
If you do decide to ever get rid of it. Give me a shout.
BTW, There were also 15 round magazines offered that are rare. I have 2 of them.
