I prefere the rem. Just becouse I like to tinker. I build rifles and rem is the on for that. There is ten makers of every thing you wont.
Even if you don't like to change things and you like factory on the average rem will out shoot the vang.

I can't say much about the Vanguard or the Sub Moa, as I've never had one.  I do have a rem sps ss in 30-06.  Syn stock has the r3 recoil pad and the xmark trigger.  I like both.  Gun currently shoots about 1 inch or so depending on me.  It seems light weight but does not seemingly kick much, with some decent handloads (165 gr at about 2800 fps, I think).  Just put a Nikon monarch on it, and I really like it.  This particular gun will see the woods numerous times this year.
Best of luck in deciding,

I have the rem sps in 7-08-mounted a Nikon Monarch. Shoots 1" groups at 100 yds. For the money you can't beat it.

have not had a vanguard yet that would not shoot sub-moa. they're all very accurate and a lot cheaper than the remington. in my opinion they are built heavier and are less prone to breaking down.
