Any luck in a 1-12"

A guy up the road is selling some reloading stuff he doesn't use, the only thing I'm interested in is 1,000 Hornady 40 gr. V-max moly coated bullets. Any body try these in their 1-12" .223 handi's?

My 1-12 Ultra loves the 40gr Vmax. Awesome velocities with them too.

I picked them up, and for being a good neighbor and keeping the whisle pig populatin in ckeck, he threw in 1,000 bench rest primers, and 500 new .223 brass for $50.00...I may have found a new best friend. ;D

He was a heck of a nice "old timer", his friend that had a .223 had died a few years ago, and he said he needed to clean his shop up a little. Judging by the looks of his shop(drooling), and his friendly nature, I'll be shoveling his driveway every winter free of charge...but with all of the money I saved, I could get a snow blower ;).
