Synthetic stock for . 22 Hornet micro hunter?
« on: August 18, 2009, 08:37:51 PM »
I have a Browning A-Bolt .22 Hornet micro hunter with a beautiful walnut stock.  It is a real tack driver.  So far I have only used it at the range.  I now intend to take it out hunting.  I do not wish to damage the stock so am interested in getting a synthetic stock fitted.  Does anyone know if Ramline or Hogue (or any others) make a "drop in" synthetic stock for the micro hunter?  Thanks for any input.   :)

I usually only see stocks for the 'long action' A-Bolts. You could hook up with a semi custom stockmaker & they should be able to help you out if you want to spend the $, the Boyds folks or similar. Another option is to hunt with it 'as is' & just take care of it, that's what I do.
