Moisan Nagant safety

I once had the address for a man who added a ring to the safety nob on a moisan. It was just a ring welded to make it easier to engage safety. I have a model 59 to hunt hogs with. The safety is the only thing i don't like it works but is hard. I cut the end off of my trigger finger on the right hand about half of the first joint and can'tgrab it easily. Anyone know this guy's web sight please answer!!

This guy does good work. He bent several bolts for me and turn around is very fast.  1-2 weeks.

Do you have Sheperd's E-mail address or phone number. I would like to send the whole bolt to him for him just to do the safety no bolt work.
