7mm PPC? Where would I get one?

I a big fan of the 7.62x39 loaded with .308 diameter bullets.  I had a lightbulb switch on in my head the other day and began to wonder if anyone made a "wildcat" that would be essentially a 7mm PPC.  I found a few hits on Google, but not a lot of info.  I think this would be a fantastic cartridge for my Contender, but I don't know where to start.  Anyone have any suggestions?

   Start with your custom barrel makers, OTT (On Target Technologies), Bullberry Custom, and Match Grade Machine.  There's a barrel sale happening over on Specialty Pistols- one of the guys who works for them has short barrel lengths available in various twists. Then there's Gary Reeder (hope I got that right) that makes full customs.  I might get censored here but, there's lots of people out there. EA Brown makes some 7mms that sound great.
