Old bear recurve found in attic

I just found a old bear recurve the only thing it says id black bear glass-powered,bear archery grayline michigan canada 1953,its a army green.I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this bow and is this worth anything?

Depends on at least a couple of  things.  Are the limbs twisted or straight?  Is the poundage over 55#'s.  There are a lot of Bear recurves out there but most (hanging in garages etc...) have twisted limbs.  Also there are a lot of them out there in the 45-50 # range.  The ones over 50#'s are hard to find.  Could go anywhere from 50.00 to 200.00 dollars from what I have seen.

Thanks for the info the limbs dont look twisted it doesnt say anything about the poundege on the bow maybe its worn off
