brilliant and these are std velocity ammo right?

Here it is, an actual velocity - My S&W Model 63 4" revolver -
Winchester T-22 target ammo, 40 grain LRN - 952 fps Avg 10 shots
CCI Green Tag 40 grain LRN bullet. MV 943 fps

You know conradj you can buy a coronograph for less than $100.00. Might be fun for you to play with since your so interested in velocities.  :)

great idea Pastor, or he could find someone with a chronie who would let him use it or fire over it.  I have done that for friends. We get together and set it up and let them fire away - with supervision.  I've even done it with some strangers who happened to be at the range when I was set up.  Mine is the Ohler so blasting a screen doesn't kill off the whole machine and I have spare screens.

Dand, I got mine for working up loads for my hunting rifles and bigbore handguns. Helps keep you out of trouble if you don't have pressure testing equiptment. I honestly never used it for rimfires. Never cared about the velocity on them since I cannot change it. I just shoot the most accurate brand for the gun.

Or as I do now most of the time, I shoot federal bulk pack in everything. Over the years I've found it the best compromise between price, performance, & accuracy.  ;D
