CONCEALED HANDGUN RECIPROCITY IN NORTH CAROLINA
« on: August 15, 2003, 11:49:17 AM »
:-D The Gov did somthing right this time Law went ino effect August 14 If you come to NC and your state is listed you can't carry in Schools Banks Goverment Office Places that sale Beer wine ETC for consumption on the premises and must have you CCW permit and valid photo ID and when approched by and officer tell him you are CCW. This list of states will grow fast as to the states that have reciprocity it reads if your state takes ours we take yours. Now if we couild get George W to make it nation wide.

Also in N.C. you can't  carry into any place that requires a paid admission or any building that has a federal law office.   OOBuckshot[/u]

OObuck:  The people with CCW permits should walk with their wallets and NOT attend any event with that kind of restriction, can you imagine how many handguns will be locked in the car to go to a Movie, thats just a open house for breakins. :D   JIM

You are absolutely right about those parking lots being ripe for break-ins.  Of all the places where you would want someone to have a gun it is all the places that are on the restriction list.  Some politicians just never get it - or maybe they do and hope this is the way they can continue limiting the law-abiding citizen from doing something positive.  I think  these people would rather have citizens become victims than defend themselves.  Too bad we can't list that preferance on their voting cards so people would have abetter idea of who to vote for.  Just my 2 cents.  Mikey.
