Sick of those plasic handles slipping off of your tools?

Those of us who golf have probably re-gripped our clubs at one time or another.  I had the plastic handle on my RCBS bullet sizer luber slipping as I used it.

I got to thinking (always dangerous ;D ;D), why not treat it like a re-grip?  Well, it works great, and will work with anything from plastic handled pliers to the plastic ones on your wheel barrow.

Here's what you'll need.

1.  Double sided golf club grip tape.
2.  Golf club grip solvent.

Follow the directions using your old grip.  That's it, it is very easy, 10 minutes, and you'll definitely amaze yourself with your beautiful and permanent fix to nuisances we all have in our garages.

WOW!  :o  I never thought of that. gives new meaning to the "words get a grip"

I had the handle slip off of my oil filter wrench the other day causing the tool to lose it's grip and fall into the pan splashing hot oil into my eyes.

This was like a dble insult as I was just used to this happening with the filter it'self occasionally ;D Thanks for the tip.

Here's an old dirt bike trick I've used many times. Wrap your handle with a layer of  black friction tape. Soak lightly with gasoline. Slip the grip on and wait for an hour or two. This works on rubber grips. Don't know about plastic grips??
