Summer is over, who's going hunting??

Small game and archery deer start this coming saturday, already been some early goose, bear, doves and such, got yer broadheads sharp?  shotgun cleaned up, rifle sighted in???  Lots going on this time of year......but time to be in the field!

Got a few grouse up near Blackduck  last weekend. Been doing some reloading and sighting in for the deer season. Our range is temporarily closed due to "fire danger" until we get some rain. Don't plan on bowhunting unless I strike out during the firearms season. I wasn't selected to get an Anterless Permit in my area.
I'm pumped for this time of year!

I've never really been much for archery season till the leaves are nearly gone. I am getting geared up for the now annual pilgrimage to Co. for elk camp. ;D 
 
This trip has near ruined me for all other hunts.
