OLD bear recurve found in attic

I just found a old bear recurve in my attic its like a army green says black bear glass-powered,bear archery grayline michigan,canada 1953.and thats it.does anyone know anything about this bow?Is it worth anything?

well needs more information here. such as draw weight (___#@28"),
details of the bow photo will help (scratchs,holes, twisted limbs, and lot more will determine the bows value.

It doesnt appear to be twisted has scratches on it no holes cant find anything with the draw lbs on it anywhere

Mike,

I may be interested in buying that bow if you can find some more information about it.

Usually on the side of the riser there is some writing, that will give the serial number, the draw weight, and the length of the string.  Sometimes that can be covered up by some paint in an attempt to camo the bow.

how about a photo of it so we can see what it looks like.
Bear bow's are going for a good price if they are fair condition. also need to get poundage of it this will help others establish value.
