Looks like another week of rain.   :(  When will it end!   ::)
I've loaded ammo for 11 rifles and a revolver but can't get to the range.  Which means I haven't got ONE rifle ready for deer season!   :-[  I tell ya, the first nice day we have I'm gonna take off from work and shoot the whole day.   Or maybe 2 half days...

Thanks for the new avatar. I thought I wuz gonna go blind.  ;D

I looked last night and the seven day forcast called for 0.7", 0.75", 0.8", 0.9" for the next six days followed by 0.1" on the seventh. Dunno if it will or won't but for sure they expect us to get a tad wet.

Rat after I posted that a deluge hit.

Yup the pond has over flowed so much this year it has attracted a beaver that is trying hard to take out every tree I have. Phil reported that today when he went up to get the mail another of my poplars was down. I have a permit to shoot them but just can't seem to be there when they are to make that happen.

Things are quite soggy here. I think that this year my pond has been in over flow status for all but about 45 days or so. Most years it only does that during the winter and early spring when the heaviest rains come. Just a couple years back half the bottom was dry enough to walk on.

Send some of that stuff up to Montana, we got some need for it now.  Had some rain earlier on but been awhile now.  Starting to get pretty dry around here, don't want the fire season to get bad.  DP  PS nice to see some chatter here again.

I'm sure B'ham would love to send you some. They are being flooded out of their homes tonight and thousands are without power. It's been a seriously wet day all over the state I think. It's coming your way Richard iffen it hasn't made it yet.
