Forgot Swedes had a Mauser cavalry carbine, model 94. Those were surplussed before my time.
Another question??? Which scope. World of difference, almost between a Weaver K2.5 (if still around), straight bell, and some "Whitetail all nighter" with a 60mm bell. That takes extra high rings... extra
If you go to the major suppliers like Brownells or Midway, both take email questions, they should be able to compare ###'s for you. Brownells especially. Or try the major "makers." Leopold. Tasco (I think it is back). Burris. Weaver. They make the fittings--rings and mounts, just low demand so it is not on the shelf at every Kmart/Walmart. I am guessing, repeat guessing, that it could be fitted with some shim stock if necessary. Maybe a pass with a file. (After "drill and tap" by machinist.) No big deal on a small caliber. Not the way I would go for a blaster for dangerous game... I am shocked that you say you cannot find 93 mounts. But I remember when Sears sold Spanish 93's for $12.95 on sale and 7x57 ammo was a couple cents a round in 100s... FMJ of course. The surplussing of the Swedes is more recent. I would be shocked if Brownells doesn't have a set of mounts "in house" of some brand. It is awful easy to get lost on the inet displays, for me anyway.
Often if you take the wood off, you can find a proof on the underside of the front receiver ring where the barrel screws in with date and country of proof if not maker's marks. Strong light helps. Sometimes there is "makers' code" in the serial number. I seem to recall that "byf" was Orbendorf in the NAZI German 98's which helps not at all here. I'd pull the wood, copy off what I find and email Brownells, but that is me. Luck.
