Bad photos

I just bought a wild view infered cam. This is what the pics look like. All of them, day or night. I even covered the flash up but no differant. Whats wrong???

That image is grossly over exposed. Why I dunno. Did you buy it new? It could be that the shutter is staying open too long or the wrong aperture is being used for the shutter speed. If it's new I'd take it back or send it back as the case might be. If not new you might contact the manufacturer anyway to ask for their assessment.

It is new and after 30 or more pics it stated to work. Thanks greaybeard.
