Advice on price for used 45-70 Handi Rifle?

I have a chance to buy a used 45-70 Handi Rifle. Owner fired less than 5 rounds. Gun is in nearly 100% new condition.
He quoted me a price of $185. Is this a good price for this rifle?

Looks just like my two older 45-70 barrels with the H&R sights, go buy it before he changes his mind, unless you can get it for less of course, but it's a fair price. ;)

Dont be stupid man, buy it ASAP. I passed up a used buffalo classic with custom sights  last summer for $250 and have kicked myself over it ever sence.

That's not much more than some guys are asking for a barrel on the classifieds here. GO GET IT QUICKLY!!
