I did not find a warrenty card in my p3at  carry case. Leading me to believe you dont need to do anything to   activate  your warrenty ? Is this correct ?

Like Sturm Ruger Kel-Tec has no written warranty that I am aware of.  However, ask anyone her who has ever had any issues with a Kel-tec and they will tell you that they stand behind their products 100% and will make things right.

I believe Kel Tec is more concerned about keeping an owner happy than they are about who the original is.  They understand that a happy customer spreads the word about what a good company KT is.  Sells more guns.  None of mine have had to go back yet.  I'm not worried about getting one repaired though.
