Only 3 things really matter in life.  God, God's word....and the souls of men!

I need to try to remember your signature line and meditate on it.  In today's world, it is all to easy to loose perspective on what is really important.

Thanks
Thanks from the Frozen Northwoods!!!

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” – John 3:16

That still amazes me…I don’t care who you are or how much I care about you, I would never let you kill my son.  I can’t even begin to understand how much He loves us.

We should get together to burn some coffee and gun powder!

Mecosta County, I hunt locally, don't need to travel, that's why I moved here.  I do have to visit my friend in Rapid River for bear hunting though.

Greetings all; I live just two miles north of the Indiana line just south of Bronson and west of Coldwater.  With 88 acres in beans or corn, I'm out my back door huntin' come Nov. 15.  Would love to get back to rifle territory though some year.  My 13 year old son is anxious to try his hand with a rifle.

Arch here:  I don't live too far from JJ--I live in St. Joseph County between Sturgis and Centreville, or as I once told a restaurant owner in Flatfish, MT, who had never heard of those communities--about 30 minutes from Shipshewana, IN (Amish country, where every man's wife, even from MT, wants to stop and shop on vacation).

I generally hunt whitetails and turkeys about 4 miles from the house.  I also hunt the UP with an Indian friend from the Bark River area, and with a friend in Vulcan.  My largest black bear to date came from close to Bark River.

Best of luck to all this fall.
