Do the new 452 Americans come with scope rings?

Getting ready to order a new 452 and I had heard that the American's used to come with 3/8" rings. I just got rid of a 452 Varmint 17hm2 that I could get to shoot like I thought it should. The Varmint didn't come with rings. Can anyone enlighten me?
