629 pinned and recessed.

Fellas I just trades some tractor parts and a Marlin semi-auto .22 for an early 629. Pinned barrel and recessed chambers and a 4" barrel. My research indicates that combo was only made in 1981. It's not minty has a few minor scuffs and scratches but still a sharp looking revolver. My question is what do you think it is worth? I see some auctions up around 700 to 800 dollars but don't see a lot of bidding on them! ;D

Depending on the actual condition, and if you got the presenation case and tools etc., then $700 or a bit more is a fair price. Have any interest in selling it? If so, contact me via e-mail.
