5 dollars on the Line
« on: November 06, 2009, 12:59:51 PM »
I have a little bet going with a buddie from work.  The bet was that no Over/Under shotguns were produced before 1900.  I say there was, he says there wasn't.  So if anyone here is an expert on old shotguns please let me know the model and manufacture.

Cubby,  Without researching it I can't think of any made in America before 1900, but know of many English, German, Euro guns that were made before 1900. A few were Boss, Purdey, Holland & Holland,Greener, Merkle, plus many others.   Jed
