Thinner recoil pad for stainless lite
« on: November 24, 2009, 02:59:17 AM »
I really like my new T-3. I would just like a thinner recoil pad to shorten the LOP It fits fine in light jackets but I find it a little long while where heavier gear. Since its in 308 win I am not to worried about additional recoil  Thanks

Guess that leaves you looking for a thin grind to fit 1/4" pad they used on some rifles of the fiftys / sixties . Then too you might find a  solid piece to fit your gun.

Is the problem with reaching the trigger or eye relief?

It's not a real problem as I managed to drop two deer with it last week. I have just grown like the shorter LOP of my browning micro hunters and was looking to duplicate it.
