season changes
« on: September 11, 2009, 11:18:24 AM »
Heads up to everyone most of the regulation changes have been postponed till the 2009-2010 season. Check out the www.ncwildlife.com website for the hot topics it covers all the propsed changes that are not in effect yet. These changes include bowhunting on Sundays and the removal of the daily bag limit on deer.

I was sort of puzzled by the initial posting also.  The proposed regulations would have allowed hunting on Sundays and crossbow hunting for the 2009-2010 hunting season.  Apparently a few people complained, and so these changes will not be in force this season.  Perhaps they will be approved for the 2010-2011 season---only time will tell.
