Parts interchange H&R 48 & modern NEF/H&R
« on: August 13, 2010, 09:43:39 PM »
Hi...I was at a gunstore, noticed a 16 ga. H&R Model 48 that has the steel trigger guard and fore-arm spacer. Any idea if these can be used on newer rifles?
Thanks,
Mark

More than likely it will be close, but there may be some differences, most likely the fit at the rear of the trigger guard, and the pin spacing may or may not be close, as with all H&R parts, their tolerances leave a bit to be desired.
