To bad about the little boy though.   :'(  I hate to see women, kids, old people, the infirmed, anyone who can't fully protect themselves from the dangers of this world, hurt.   :-[

We've had 2 instance's just like this in the past 4 years, here in the little city of Oregon. Terrible accident to take place, and no doubt a very heavy burden for a person driving a bus.
And no, Atlaw, doesn't make you look fat. 'Course, that's coming from someone that's 40lbs. overweight himself.  gypsyman

It an't the camera.
Are you charging her just to get the other drivers to pay more attention or to change the rules about the bus moving before the driver can account for the kids being clear of the buss.
Other than that it sounds like a tragic accident.
Of course if the driver where white Jesse and Al sharpton would be there screaming for Justice.

The Solicitor General's Office hasn't charged her at all.  The police officer did.  That hearing justy got the case sent to us for review and for us to decide if she will be formally charged.

  Thanks, AtLaw. If you haven't have shown us I would have filed a Business Record Affidavit to see it!!!! Pretty cool. Thanks for sharing. Kind of a sad case but you did well. Anytime things like life are at stake it makes for an emotional day indeed.
