1.  No
2.  No, http://www.ch4d.com/ ... You made no mention about a press - presume you have one?
3.  Primers - Small Pistol (SP) - talk to your local gunsmith or sporting goods store.  Primers are scarce now
Brass - http://www.buffaloarms.com/browse.cfm/4,7633.html
Powder - Powder Inc or Maine Powder House ... Order some Fg and FFF grade
Bullets - Here's a bullet mold for the original weight of the 32 S&W ... http://www.lymanproducts.com/lyman/bullet-casting/mould-details.php?entryID=2
You will probably have to cast your own because 32 S&W loaded BP rounds are not a common item.  The bullets should be 1:20 alloy lubed with a BP lube.  SPG lube would be a good choice
4. http://www.goexpowder.com/images/LoadCharts/Cartridge-Pistol-Revolvers.pdf
Cartridges of the World lists the 32 S&W original charge of 9gr of Fg powder with an 85gr bullet at 680fps

And hogshooter, based on the generality of your questions, it appears you have little knowledge of reloading.  You might want to seriously consider sitting next to an experienced reloader for some lessons. If you belong to a gun club or shoot Cowboy Action - ask around.  Folks will be glad to help you
Before you do this, a must is the purchase of a reloading manual or two.
