While much said above is true in regards to the United States and Russia allowing spys to inspect each others' defensive and offensive military might, I sincerely doubt the Russians are playing fair, but I do believe that although our defensive and offensive folks are also cheating, I also believe that Obama is far willing to give more away in the way of secrets than any other president in history.
This practice that some here seem both comfortable with, and non concerned, to me is hysterically insane. It is like installing a new alarm system in ones house, and then having an "open house" inviting all to come in and see how it works. It is like putting new doors with new locks on your house and showing everyone where the extra key outside is.
